Returns & Refunds
If something isn’t right with your order, here’s how to get help and what happens next.
Your order number and photos help us assess it.
Change-of-mind limits apply to custom work.
Faulty products are assessed under the ACL.
Your consumer rights
Our goods and services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Custom-made products and sale items are not excluded from those protections.
If a product has a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we may repair, replace or otherwise fix the problem within a reasonable time. Other remedies, including compensation where required by law, may also apply.
Change of mind & cancellations
Sticker Ninja products are made to your specifications. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds once materials have been allocated or production has begun. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible so we can check its status and explain what is possible.
This change-of-mind policy does not remove your rights if goods or services fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
Artwork & approved proofs
Check spelling, dimensions, layout, cut lines, shape and border before approving your proof. If an error comes from the artwork or specifications you supplied and approved, a corrected reprint may involve a charge. If the finished product does not match the agreed order, contact us so we can assess it. Your consumer rights still apply.
How to report a problem
- Email [email protected] with your order number or other proof of purchase.
- Describe the problem and include clear photos of the stickers and packaging where helpful.
- Keep the affected products while we assess the issue. Contact us for return instructions before posting anything.
Please contact us promptly after discovering a problem. We do not impose a blanket 48-hour reporting or 7-day return deadline on consumer guarantee claims. Original packaging is not a condition of your statutory rights.
Returns & postage costs
Small items that can be posted may need to be returned for assessment. If a fault is confirmed, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs. Keep your postage receipt. We will explain the return arrangements and any proposed cost before you send the items.
What happens next
We will assess the issue and discuss the remedy available for your circumstances. Where a refund is due, we will arrange it using the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-provider processing times can vary.
For further information about consumer guarantees, see the ACCC’s repair, replacement and refund guidance.
